Deputy Manager Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our preschool and out of school club as Deputy Manager.
You will be an individual that inspires leads, motivates and takes pride in their role on a day-to-day basis. You must be committed, organised and flexible, and have excellent customer facing skills and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with our policies and procedures.
Requirements of the role
Relevant Childcare qualification at level 3 or above.
Passionate about providing the best standard of care and education.
Experience of supporting and supervising staff.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and implementing it into practice.
Good knowledge of child development.
Thorough knowledge of childcare legislative polices and their implementation.
Knowledge of OFSTED standards.
Have the ability to lead, develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children and outside agencies.
Hours of work during term time
Monday 12 – 6pm
Tuesday 8.30am – 6pm
Wednesday 12 – 6pm
Thursday 8.30am – 6pm
Hours during school holidays – 31 hours over 3 days in holiday playscheme

BREAKFAST & AFTER SCHOOL PLAYWORKER VACANCIES
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and fun new staff members to join our breakfast and after school team.
Must be available to work between the hours of
Breakfast Club 7.30am - 8.45am &/or
After School Club 2:45/3pm - 5/6pm
Monday – Friday
Must be cheerful with a sense of humour
Must be over 18 years.
You must be enthusiastic, honest, reliable, hardworking and most importantly willing to have fun and enjoy working with children. You will be fully supported in your role by an established provider of out of school care.
