CHILDCARE VOUCHERS ACCEPTED

 

Children will require a packed lunch if booked into the morning or all day holiday sessions.

 

Lunch time is 12 noon.

 

Refreshments are provided at 3.30 pm during term time.  During holiday club refreshments are served at 10am and 4pm.

 

New children - £16.00 for initial registration.  Annually thereafter £16.00 per child payable in September each year.

 

All sessions booked must be paid for in full regardless of attendance.

All children must be collected by their booked collection time.  An occasional grace period of up to 5 minutes is allowed to accommodate unforeseen delays, persistent late collection may result in th booking being changed for all future sessions to the next collection session.  For collection after the grace period you will be charged for the next collection session plus an additional £5 late collection administration fee.

 

Owing to the additional high costs of the club, £1.00 per minute is charged for any child not collected by 6pm.

 

Invoices will be sent out at the end of each month.

 

Payment must be made within 7 days.

 

For late / non payment late charges will be added as detailed below.

 

Persistent non payment will mean loss of place / session.

4 weeks notice is required to cancel breakfast club and after school club bookings.
