I would like to thank you and all of the staff at Kids Club for you time, energy and effort in looking after XXXX and XXXX over the years. We are very grateful for the professional and kind service they have received.

The girls who look after him are so so nice, always welcomes us with a huge smile and super polite and kind!

I just wanted to write to let you know how grateful we were to Eleanor the other week in finding XXXX’s music book for flute, which he had left behind. He didn’t have it when he left Kids Club on the Wednesday, and Eleanor took extra trouble to look and then take him to Lost Property at the school the following morning to look for it there. When it still didn’t turn up, she kept looking and eventually found it in a classroom in the school and got it back to me.
I am so grateful for this and so impressed with Eleanor’s thoughtfulness and kindness that she would go the extra mile to find this for us, and just wanted to pass on this thanks and praise.
XXXX has always liked going to Kid's Club. The girls have been fantastic with him and both Mum and I appreciate all the hard work you and your team do to provide a nice, safe environment for everyone. Many thanks from us
XXXX absolutely loved her first visit to Kids Club Ely in August and would definitely like to come back at half term. She’s hoping to do some Halloween and bonfire night crafts.
I honestly have never seen her enjoy any club this much. She wishes she went to St Johns School so she could go to after school club every day!

I would like to thank you and everyone at Kids Club for taking such good care of XXXX. He has loved being at Kids Club the past couple of years and will miss being there next year, as he will be going to secondary school. Thank you very much for everything you have done for both my boys.
